Ray Berwick- Co-Founder / Construction Manager

Ray is a skilled and dedicated craftsman with over 16 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. A third-generation carpenter, he developed a deep appreciation for quality workmanship and attention to detail from an early age, carrying on a proud family tradition.

Originally from the Northeast, Ray’s passion for building was shaped by a love for “century homes” and their distinctive architectural character. This appreciation continues to influence his work today, where he combines timeless design elements with modern functionality to create unique, high-quality results.

Ray relocated to Arizona in 2022, bringing his expertise and craftsmanship to a new landscape. He is committed to delivering exceptional work, guided by integrity, precision, and a genuine passion for building spaces that stand the test of time.

Chris Catti- Co-Founder / COO

Chris brings nearly 20 years of experience working with high-net-worth clients, real estate investors, and business owners, with a background in private banking, construction lending, and client relations. He has managed complex real estate and construction-related projects and built long-term client relationships based on trust, communication, and attention to detail.

As Co-Founder and COO of N.E. Solutions, Chris oversees operations, client relations, budgeting, and project coordination, helping ensure each residential and commercial remodel is delivered with organization, transparency, and a high level of service.
